Beware of Asian lady OfficerBadge number 16923 in the front she’s a racist unkind and with attitude thinking she’s better than you she gave me and my family the dirtiest look and I can only assume it was because we were Mexican she talk to us in a demeaning form I don’t understand why the government facilities-hires a racist people to protect against the law The government should really investigate the racism in this place cause I’m not the first one to comment about this they really need to get their act together. I don’t care if she was a cop she had no right to treat my family in this way I don’t understand why cops think they’re better than everyone when there clearly not their humans just like everyone else and just because you have a badge to your name doesn’t mean you’re better than anyone if you’re going to protect the law treat every human being equally .

I found I had a questionable VIN on a motorcycle I had purchased. Officer White was understanding, helpful and very professional. I truly appreciate his considerations.

Super simple process of getting a fix it ticket corrected. They didn’t try to scam me with “department fees” like Orange Police Dept. CHP did it for free.

It's really sad that I have to write this review since I'm a retired law enforcement agent but, the officers and administrative personnel are not in compliance with what CHP claims to be. I'll never ask nor badge any law enforcement official that I come in contact with but they should treat everyone with respect and dignity. They should also put in practice their motto: "The mission of the California Highway Patrol is to provide the highest level of Safety, Service, and Security." They should remember the above and respect the people they serve with respect, dignity and honor. They should also be uniformed about the services across all substations, respect and don't be persuasive to people's rights of submitting a formal complaint if they wish to, even though the Internal Affairs is run by their own peers. I'm awaiting for their response from one I submitted and if I'm not satisfied, I'll submit one to the California Justice Department or any other agency that is going to correct the issues. If the public doesn't report the problems, they're also part of the problem. You are also protected by law from any discrimination after submitting a formal complaint. Again, very sad, sick from this department and I'm starting to see why people have problems with law enforcement nowadays. I just hope that they tighten up a little bit and serve the public like they should.

Both my manager and myself have been calling the officer in charge of VIN numbers for the last 2 weeks and have not gotten a call back. The lady who answers the main number is clueless as to how to help us adress this problem . They are of no help at all . sad very sad how incompetent people can be nowadays.
