Whoever the grey haired woman is that is the owner/manager is absolutely awful. After bringing up to her how they had ruined my daughters prom dress ( having it cleaned to donate), I told her I wasn't going to pay for it and that they could keep the dress because it was worthless to me at this point. I walked out and go in my car, she ran out after me. I called her an a**hole, she called me many inappropriate names and told me to "get out of the car so she could beat my a**" if I could give this place no stars, I would. Don't take your business here.

Horrible experience with Lynn ( Manager/ owners daughter)!! They doubled creased my husbands pants that already had permanent crease in them. Of course they said they would fix it, but when speaking to the Manager at the Bexley office, she said people make mistakes....and asked what else i wanted. I said for starters an apology. Poor customer service!!  The original owners would be furious with her! This company will not do well if she continues to handle people this way.
