Great service!! Tide was able to get red lipstick out of my white cheer uniform. Even better, I didn't have to get out of my car (on a freezing day) and the staff was so friendly! Great customer service, will be coming back soon!!

This is no regular 5 Star review. I'm giving the 5 stars because of the effort put into fixing my problem and the hard work in getting a satisfied customer. I took my clothes to the Pickerington location Tide Cleaners about a month ago and nothing was done right. I had to come back 3 different times and it was still wrong. They couldn't do the cowboy style starch they claimed to be able to do on my military uniforms. I wrote a review giving them 1 star and explaining what happened in a very detailed manner. Later that week I recieved a call from Natalie ,the manager at the Powell location. She seemed very concerned about what happened and was determined to make it right. After I explained my experience she insured me that's not how Tide Cleaners normally operated and that she was deeply sorry. She offered to have me bring my uniforms to her location to have them done the right way. I thought I'd give them one last chance. She said she would give me my money back and do all my uniforms for free after I told her what I wanted done to them over the phone. One week later I came in to pick them up and every employee knew about my issues and were very friendly. They all were waiting for my thoughts on the uniforms and seemed very eager to see if they were done correctly. Right off the bat I knew the uniforms were still done wrong and I told them about the minor issue and they sent the uniforms back and corrected the issue the best they could in a short amount of time. I was at least satisfied enough to not have to do the uniforms again myself at home given they needed to be pressed and starched on the arms and collar. The manager said she was sorry again and gave me a little goodie bag with some cleaners and things in it. Once I had my informs she told me she would just comp my account the money I spent which made me a little mad given she just told me I'd get my refund back a couple days before but at least she made an effort. I was happy enough with the uniforms and didn't want to stress about it anymore. I am giving 5 stars for the effort and I appreciate the Powell location Tide Cleaners for wanting to fix my issue.

Love this business! Great management, production team, delivery drivers! The CSR's are GREAT- quick and friendly! The young lady who helped me with brown hair was excellent. They do a beautiful job with my favorite orange shirt! :)

Friendly service but mostly young kids, who can be easily distracted. Example - called today, the kid that answered did so unprofessionally, then put me on hold for nearly 4 minutes. I hung up at that point, called back, and got a busy signal. Not good. As far as my clothes go, Tide's brand and marketing is about their proficiency at cleaning. Yet every time I take a shirt in with a spot on it, large or small, I comes back with a little note that says they deemed the spot too difficult to "safely" remove. Isn't that what they're there for? Lastly, they iron my shirts poorly. Every time, collars and button areas have creases or fold backs in them. I have to then re-iron them myself. I've complained 3 times and it keeps happening. Their only benefit is convenience, but if they do terrible work even that gets old.

Really nice csr, a young man with glasses. His humour was horrible and he should be put in a corner.
