I have worked with Alicia Brown at Callis Insurance for both home and auto insurance and she has been absolutely wonderful.  Not only professional and responsive, but friendly as well.  Callis was able to save us quite a bit of money on both policies and we are very happy with the service that we received.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable local company to do business with.

I worked with Alicia Brown over email to set up new auto and renter's insurance policies. She was incredibly flexible, helpful, and responsive to my emails, and was able to save me a lot of money on my policies (30% reduction, for the same coverage!). It only took her half a day to get back to me with alternatives to my previous polices. I would 100% recommend that you contact her or any of her coworkers for insurance help.

I have had outstanding experiences with this company.  Mary jumped through hoops and went out of her way to assist me with an insurance issue I was having. It is hard to find businesses like this one that provide such outstanding customer service. Thank you so much.
