Ray Gruver is an honest, decent man and he runs his business accordingly.  Not only does he treat his clientele with respect and integrity, but he is a wonderful boss to all his employees and an invaluable asset to the community around him. The fact that he represents State Farm as their agent is a huge benefit for State Farm.
