I've been in the hospitality industry for many years, and I must say dealing with Caluco has been by far the best experience when it comes to our outdoor furniture needs. From their design to installation, the process was seamless and headache free. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of commercial or hospitality outdoor furniture and/or contract design

We just installed a whole patio of Caluco items. Caluco upholsters in California using Sumbrella fabrics. This line has an attractive price point and extensive fabric options and levels. This sets Caluco apart from other than provide just limited options. There is also a wide variety of designs: synthetic wicker, wood, metal so there is something for everyone. We highly recommended this line.

Great company! I ordered furniture for my home patio and am still impressed with the quality. I'm very pleased and am going to keep ordering from them. 10/10 Would recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERTVICE EVER!!!! I just received replacement cushions for my Caluco Origins outdoor furniture.I selected the replacement as recommended on the Caluco site as well as every other site they sell on. The replacement cushions are pitiful,skimpy and don't offer any support-you actually feel the metal parts of the seat!
I have contacted the web site and the Caluco home store and they basically said to me :
TOUGH LUCK LADY-YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM ( AND THE 1800. COST)!! NO CONSIDERATION ,NO REPLACEMENTS WITH A MORE EXPENSIVE CUSHIONS,ETC...
THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS--BE AWARE- THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL!!! HORRIBLE!!!
