Worst experience 
I order a month ahead I ask to be delivered Friday night they assure me they will they never showed up nor called. Not only they brought the wrong jumper they brought a rip one where kids were falling out while jumping the tarp I order the lights bulb didn't work keep in mind I payed $25 extra for that. When things get picked up on Sunday I tell them and they have the audacity to tell me why didn't I tell them on Saturday..First I was busy and running short on time plus there's no way I was going to have them come in the middle of the party and have them change it..

NOT WORTH IT
THERE'S NO NEXT TIME WITH THEM
NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'M NOT LOOKING FOR DISCOUNTS THAT DOESN'T REPLACE THE EMBARRASSMENT AND HOW CHEAP THE JUMPER LOOKED AT MY SON'S PARTY

I hired these people for my wedding back in May.  I had thought that this place was a god send because I had my heart set on an outdoor wedding and I had gone to a different party store down the street that had given me an estimate for my event for almost 2,500 dollars.  I came in here thinking maybe they'd give me a better price, which they did.  They shaved off almost 800 dollars.  I was like wow yeah this is perfect. They even suggested I'd pay in payments until my event which at the time was ways away.  As my wedding date got closer I gave them a call because my florist was unable to get the flowers I wanted and I had to settle with darker colors which clashed with my already dark table covers.  I called them with months ahead of time to invert my colors and they said yeah we got you no worries.  I even went down with artificial centerpiece so I'd know what it'd look like and they said yeah no worried everything's going to ironed and ready.  The day came and crimped dark covers,  I ordered 2 chandeliers and only one arrived I had to call them.  I was missing tables.  I was missing a buffet table.  They were suppose to decorate the table of honor and again we had to call.  It was so unprofessional.  I this was all in my wedding day.  My GUEST had to help me organize the wedding because the buffet table got to the house so late it was ridiculous.  Don't get me wrong I liked the people that own the store they have nice customer service, not rude or anything.  But I felt like they're unorganized.  I should've seen it coming when I saw the price.  You get what you pay for.

Worst customer service vieja con attitude. Nunca llegaron ni contestaron el. Pinche telefono. Im a make it a point to get the shut down
