I'm so unhappy with this place and I have SEVERAL family buried here. Christmas Day is my brothers birthday whom we lost July 9, 2016. Died a hero! The lady in the office whom i was VERY specific with told me they were Closed at the gate Christmas day, that it was THE ONLY DAY THEY WERE GATE CLOSED. I was very clear so there WAS NO MISCOMMUNICATION. (I asked several times as this seemed odd. Was specific regarding if it was only the office or gate included) Thank God my sister called and someone with sense told her they in fact were open EVERYDAY, NEVER GATE CLOSED. I called 2 days ago regarding my grandmothers burial info and was assured a return phone call as i was to be there on Christmas. Nobody returned my call even to say, I'm so sorry we haven't forgotten you etc etc....nothing. So Christmas came and went and we wandered around unable to find my grandmother. ...The office is terrible as a whole. They also give out info that they should not regarding Financials etc. The park is beautiful but they all must be wearing each others heads. No general care or give a damn once your loved one is buried and they have your $$$$ It's definitely encouraged me to explore other avenues in the event of future losses. Krystin Smith

First off, they close too early on Saturday, the only day in the week when I can get out here. People have work during the week and can't come 9-5! I also drove 6 hours to get here to visit my Nana an haven't been to the site before. No maps, no easy layout to follow, and nobody to give directions. I arrived before they closed, but by the time I realized I needed help, everyone was gone. For a layout this confusing,they need maps! And the one staff member I did find was unwilling to even help and kept telling me they're closed and she can't get me a map. It's been 5 years since my grandmother died and I had missed the funeral and have never found a chance to make it up here since I live in NC. I was I. The state anyway and decided to visit. Not only am I leaving broken hearted , but it was a waste of my gas money and Saturday too. Put signs up for people to follow, have staff that's willing to help and maybe people will stop leaving bad reviews. Worst customer service ever

They threw away my Mother's flowers. They put her headstone up wrong. They seem to be disreputable. I am sorry my Mother is buried in this Cemetary.

Read their policies carefully, they have a “their way or the highway" approach to everything. You can prepay everything and they still find things to try and sell you the day you need to come in to arrange the burial. I dread the thought of having to do business with them when it comes time to choose my final resting place. I prefer to be near other family members but I may go elsewhere!
