Earlier today my boss needed to be transfered to a therapy appointment. This appointment was set for 3pm an the driver showed up 2 hrs early to escort my boss though we were told the cab would be here at 2. During the drive the driver decided to take the longest route possible to the doctors appointment so he could drop of a gentlemen friend of his. After the "friend" was dropped off the driver refused to follow the gps due to texting while driving. During the transit the driver constantly slammed on the brakes an took turns sharply causing my boss distress in her wheelchair to an from the doctors. Today was the only day we had an issue when the owner of the company drove for us we were satisfied.

For a company that uses Christian symbolism in its name and logo, it's far from it. Twice I was assigned rude cursing maniacs for drivers. I'm a disabled person in a wheelchair. Imagine being jolted every which way from the sharp turning, stopping on a dime, and unnecessary aggressive driving. When I asked one driver to slow down, he said, "Don't tell me how to drive." Then I waited for over two hours both times (after being done with the doctor's appt.) for pick ups. I am oxygen dependant so my O2 tanks were depleted by the time the ambulette arrived. The vans need shocks and the hydraulic lift barely lifts. This is a jalopy service. Avoid it.
