Story

We are a multi-generational church located in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon. We see ourselves as one small, yet significant part of the body of Christ that is universal. We believe that the body is made up of people who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ, and who hold to the fundamental doctrines of Scripture. While the Church at large may differ doctrinally on non-essential issues, we believe that the basis for unity is that of love and a firm commitment to the inerrant authority of Scripture.

Of primary importance to us is the teaching of the Word of God. We believe that God has given us everything we need for life and godliness through His Word.

It is the church's function to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. We believe that when sheep are healthy they reproduce.

It is our goal that the gospel of Jesus Christ be proclaimed both locally and throughout the world. We desire to provide a place of balanced ministry in an atmosphere of worship, discipleship, teaching, and fellowship with other believers, that we may encourage one another toward growth and good works.

We also desire that we be led by, as well as dependent upon, the working of the Holy Spirit, who enables us to do what God has called us to do.
