Story

Calypso’s Cove is open! We are a family owned and operated coffee shop. We are proudly serving premium organic coffee roasted by Batdorf and Bronson, out of Olympia, WA. Why did we choose B & B for our coffee roaster?... Because they are a green certified business with a strong commitment to sustainable business practices, and we love their coffee! Coffee with a conscious! We are also proudly serving Organic tea from Flying Bird Botanicals, the most amazing tea ever! Again, fair trade and organic, need I say more? Another amazing company with high quality standards supplying us with the best for our bodies!
In house we will be making fresh daily pastries using organic flours, organic spices, and well, as much organic product that I can!
We carry a variety of fine chocolates as well, TCHO, Scharffen Berger, and Choco Love xoxoxo, just to name a few.
We have breakfast burritos, using Glaum Egg Ranch eggs, and a variety of grab and go sandwiches that are perfect to grab on your way to the beach!
