He was very kind and the results were amazing. My shoes look better than new and he did a great job fixing them and the price was fair. He even showed me and my friend how to use the machines in the shop for a brief second. Strongly recommend this place

Love this place! They've brought back my favorite pair of boots from near death twice, including a zipper replacement that I thought was impossible. I've also had them stretch a pair slippers up a half size so they would fit and do minor scuff repaids. Reasonably priced for the great job they do. Sometimes the wait to get your shoes back can be a little long (1 week+), but well worth it in my opinion.

Did not have the shoes repaired at the promised date. Also tried to give me someone else's shoes several times before finally finding mine. One pair of dress shoes had scruffs on it that were not repaired but instead spray painted over with a color that did not even come close to the original. Applied cheap polish to the other pair without attempting to remove the salt stains first.
