I love coming here, the managers are great, and their staff always help find the nicest shoes for my kids and nephews.

My son and I picked out a pair of sneakers that has a SALE price tag of $69.99, but it rang up for $140.00!  Needless to say, the sale price wasn't honored, because they ran out of price tags with the correct price!  Totally disappointed.

Horrible customer service. The employees, who are paid to provide a positive customer experience, give a horrible attitude to consumers asking questions about new products.
