I am giving this a one not because of the dresses or prices because they are beautiful and affordable but because of the service I had from one of the Bridal consultants. She first judged me on my budget I had for a dress. Then she wouldn't let me pick out styles I wanted she picked everything out except two dresses that I snuck back. After that she didn't help me put any dresses on I had to have my friend do it because when I expected her to come back into the room she said "You don't need me do you?" in a nasty tone. Then when I tried on one of the dresses I picked she looked at me and said "that doesn't look good on you. You need something to cover your chest up." But I was in love with the dress I had on. After that I tried more of a form fitting one and when I came out she looked at me up and down with the diriest look because I'm plus size and shouldn't be wearing it. After two dresses I was done and tried to leave. I never wanted to speak to a manager I just wanted to leave but she forced us to speak to a manager. The only positive side of this review is that the manager of this store was super nice and apologized for everything and was just overall a good person.

Manager was very rude. I do not recommend going to the store. Dresses are very nice, I suggest buying online.

I don't know why this place has only 3 stars. They have a ton of beautiful dresses. The people definitely don't help you a lot but it's perfect if you need to try on a lot of dresses and don't want anyone trying to sell you something you don't want. They have all sizes. Everything is beautiful.

The store was amazing. It was so hard to choose a dress for my jrotc military ball. I did pick a dress and everyone loved it, thanks to group usa. For any event or special events this store will be the best choice.

I went not knowing an appointment was required and Elizabeth squeezed me in. She seemed nice and knowledgeable. I found a dress I loved for $699 she told me it was too early to order it (it was April and my wedding is 2/2018). She said they always have a 10% sale in November and that would be a perfect time to purchase. She also said if the dress went on sale prior to November she would call me. Well, I went online to check on my dress and it said the item was no longer available. I called Elizabeth immediately. Of course she didn't remember me so I reiterated everything mentioned above. Instead of admitting she messed up she basically tried to argue with me saying the dress was on clearance, it was on sale when I was there because it was last seasons dress. IF this was true NONE of it was communicated at the store. If it was then I would have purchased the dress to ensure I had it for my wedding!!! And if it was already on sale then why would she tell me to wait until it goes on sale in November??After about 5 minutes of arguing  she confirmed there was no way for me to get the dress I hung up. What a waste of time now I am back at square one. Going to David's Bridal though this place will NOT get my money.

SOOOOOO I have to update. After my review I was contacted by DM Melody. She was awesome and on top of her game. She is the reason I am updating this review as of 6/19/17. She found my dress and offered a discount for my troubles. But not only was my dress found but also held until I can make it up north to get it (I live in VA). It was safely kept in the back and was in awesome condition as promised. I purchased it with no problems and just wanted to say I am very appreciative to Ms. Melody Rutman and her Secaucus staff for there assistance.
