They don't take good care of their dresses here at all. It's difficult to see all of the dresses with the way they're laid out in the store, and so many of them are in such poor shape. Which is a shame, because a lot of them are really nice otherwise.

Can't say much about this place except that it sucks!  About three months ago I walked in with my husband and son because I needed a ball gown for the Marine Corps Ball.  I was excited to see so many gowns considering the lack of dress stores in the area.  I was browsing through some gowns when some dowdy looking lady in sweats approached me with messed up hair.  Instead of politely asking me if I needed any help, she took one look at my stroller and told me not to run over any gowns with the wheels.  Rude much?  Well needless to say I turned around and walked out.  No way is my hard earned money going towards some trashy looking lady with a snooty attitude.  I'd rather throw my money at a store like Nordstroms, which is exactly what I did.  And...and...I paid less money at Nordstrom for the same dress I saw at XO.  Ripoff!  I have a ball every year and guess where I won't be going.  Good to know the company makes so much money on dresses that they can suck in customer service.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding on December 1st for a wedding at the end of June.  I called multiple times in February wondering where this dress was.  Each time I spoke with a rude employee who told me that they can't control the mail and no status was given. I kept calling weekly becoming worried it wasn't ordered... and finally discovered it had arrived.  Not from XO formal calling to let me know it had arrived... but from me calling them. I finally picked up the dress on April 14th and tried it on.  It fit well but there was no eyelet on the dress. I asked if they could fix/add that for me. The woman told me that it was prom season and they are too busy to do that now but to bring it the week of the wedding to be steamed and they would add the eyelet with no problem. I called the week of and asked if I could drop it off to have it steamed and have the eyelet added and she laughed and told me it was not going to be ready before the weekend.  I wouldn't suggest this business for any event you care about!!! So dissatisfied....  zero stars would be more appropriate!!!!

Horrible experience I do not recommend! I picked a strapless prom dress in store which was messed up-the fabric was coming out in fuzz. That wasn't a problem they ordered me a new dress in the same size and color. But, when I went to pick it up a week later the dress did not fit me at all. It fit me PERFECTLY in the store and now it was literally falling off my body. When I called they said I must have lost weight. It had been a week, my chest did not shrink a size in a week nor did my waist. When I asked what my options were they said nothing, other than putting out more money to alter a dress I originally payed for because it fit me so well it did not need alterations.

The owner and employees are so helpful. The past 2 years they have made finding the perfect dress for my daughter so easy. They work with you for layaway which is great, let's face it, we can't all have money at once to drop. They are so pleasant and always make a fuss about how great my daughter looks. It just makes us feel very welcomed and cared for!
