We are between Cherry and Marshall, next to Mellow Mushroom!

Morning
Every morning we get up early to bake so that you can enjoy warm pastries– croissants, muffins, danishes, and scones– all baked fresh, from scratch.

Noon
For a quick and lovely lunch, drop by Camino for a sandwich on freshly-baked bread, a quiche made with local eggs and cream, or a slice of focaccia with toppings of local produce and gourmet cheese.

Night
Our family size cookies are as big as your face! We also bake cupcakes, cakes, and tarts fresh every day. Have a glass of wine from a small vineyard, a bottle of artisanal beer, or a cup of Krankies coffee to go with your dessert.

I had the french toast latte and the vegetarian chorizo scone and it was fabulous. Their lattes are strong and delicious. Lots of flavor in the chorizo scone. They have lots of yummy looking bakery items and fresh baked bread to buy and take home. Looking forward to trying new treats next time.

I go here just about every time I am in Winston-Salem. It's a nice spot to hang out. The bakery is very good. They also have some creative coffee and tea drinks. 

I took off a star for a few reasons. One is that the internet is a bit flaky. It works, but I wouldn't plan on doing much real work with it if you need to remote into a server because it will sort of "flicker" from time to time. 

Another small knock is that it is very pricey. The quality is good and clearly they aren't hurting for business, so it would be silly for them to charge less. Nevertheless, you are definitely paying for the fancy pastries and breads as well as the beautiful lattes.

Finally (and this is extremely small) I love the custom tables in there. It just bugs me when a chess board is set up wrong. There is supposed to be a light square on the bottom right and the table with the inlaid chessboard is off by 90 degrees.

I come in this city only 2x a year and this place is better than Starbucks. Feels like home. The employees are great and very informative.  I asked if they had white chocolate and she was able to explain that they make everything in house and how that is a processed product but convinced me is like something else and i love it. Awesome place!!!!

This place is on point. Coffee is reasonably priced and dessert is incredible, particularly the specials. I nearly racked up 10 punches in 2 days. I can't say it's the best in WS because it's the only one I've visited, but I can say it is really good.

Great location. Everything is usually delicious. No coffee refills and the cashier said "we aren't Starbucks". Haha. In otherwords, the staff seems a bit righteous about working there but it's an overall solid coffee shop. They make the best bread, and I'm pretty sure the bread is two for one on sundays.
