Nice quiet historic site with mild elevation changes and beautiful views.  Not frequently visited either except for special events like Civil War reenactments.  Great for kite flying, walking the dog or a stroll with your loved one.

Started going there as a place to run, then I start walking around and looking it's really a cool historic site, dog friendly plenty of trails and grassy area

My wife and I like to go in the late afternoon when it's quiet. The view is beautiful.

Such a great place with tons of history and artifacts from the Civil War.

Arrived after the interpretive center closed but the wonderful lady closing up let me come in and watch the video before she left.   The grounds are great to go walking through and seeing were everything was during the war.   Would love to come back and see inside the buildings as well.
