I ordered 8 yards of planting soil the other day and when they dumped it in my yard, it was not even close to 5!! and i paid $80 for the delivery. I called the manager and left a message and she never got back to me! Make sure if you order those kind of stuff, be there at the site and count exactly how many they load. So cheap and unbelievable!!
I would not trust them again.

What a waste of time and to be charged for it!

I have to say how thoroughly disappointed I was with this company.

First, the site visit was the lamest visit EVER from a company trying to win business. His sales pitch, knowledge and ideas were minimal, at best. I mentioned my ideas and he just agreed with whatever I said and, at the end, tells me he will come back with some other guy who knows more.

And secondly, I forgot I was going to have to pay $50 for this visit and that’s on me. However, after thinking about it, I realized how utterly offensive that policy is. I have had MULTIPLE contractors out here to give me estimates for fencing, driveway, landscaping, home remodel, etc. and Campbell is the ONLY one that charges for the grace of their company. And do you know what that policy says? It says their time is more valuable than the customers, so no thank you.

And with the weak performance, I basically paid $50 to talk to myself.

Folks, if you want to use them, tell them NO to the $50 and maybe they will get the hint.

Great products and OUTSTANDING customer service. I will preface this review by saying I am not normally one to gush about stores or products. 

My two experiences at C&F have been awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a couple of plants for my office, and after I made my purchase I asked about repotting, and Mike put my plant in its new pot for me - then didn't charge me the (already low) fee to do it when I told him I had already paid. The plants were in tip-top shape and I was happy with the overall experience, so recently I went back to make a much bigger purchase. VICTORIA was extremely friendly, helpful, and passionate about her job. I was a needy customer because I didn't know quite what I wanted and know little about plant care. She was so patient and went beyond what I could have expected when answering my questions and telling me about different plants. I bought two large house plants, two beautiful pots, and a set of wind chimes for my mom that sound like heaven - so ready for mother's day!!

Thank you, C&F! Highly recommend.
