DO NOT WAISTE YOU TIME OR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!  
I have had the worst experience with    H     D  and     E     -  listen, I had no idea how stressful ordering carpet was.  We waited over a month then the measurements were wrong.  Then they came back out and re-measured, and stated "oh you wanted the closets done"  ??? ummm yaaa since the 1st time I said wall to wall all 4 rooms and 3 flights of steps in my 3 story house!!!  OMgoodness the frustration..  2 of the top companies that advertise carpet and flooring -  THEN, STILL ANGERY I did a search "carpet companies that use there own contractors"   I am a thug, I am not gonna lie, "I am a product of my environment" but when I was 16 and homeless in DC!!  Theses companies sent me out THUGS that kept getting it wrong.  Smelled like cig's took personal phone calls while they were suppose to be measuring !!!   WHEN I CALLED TOTAL FLOOR, this guy BOB answered and at 1st I was like "BoB"??  but HE calmed me down after I told him everyone was out to Rob us all, highway robbery with "oh, well your gonna need a bit more carpet"  it was like 8 almost 9k $$$$ who has that kinda money these days? one company was like let me see the other guys estimate, just to come down a couple dollars only??  I understand sales, I am a salesman I get it.  BUT, this was bull.  TOTAL FLOOR HAS THERE OWN INSTALLERS THAT WERE SO PROFESSIONAL THEY WORE BOOTIES FOR MEEE.   I am a bit OCD, they delt with fickleness -  I wanted to wait a month before I reviewed just in case the carpet that THEY MATCHED  actually I like it better they the one I fell for and the PADDING has a protective shield and its THICK!!  They other companies told me I was getting that exact pad, then they brought mulita colored 1970's pad that was so thin.  They tried to slip that in, like I was not gonna notice!! Both companies PEOPLE!!!  One group of installers stood outside thinking I would just be desperate and fed up and would just let them go ahead with the install after I had to call a place in NEW YORK CITY?????      WHAT A MESS.  
SO HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL,  with THE LINES, THE BINDING , SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL , THE STEPS I wanted them with runners.   SO IMPRESSED.   I CAN NOT WAIT TO CALL THEM TO DO MY 3 BATHROOM FLOORS.  THE SAME QUAILTY CARPET WALL TO WALL 3 STORIES AND 3 FLIGHTS OF STEPS WITH LANDINGS 4 ROOMS - - OMGOODNESS -   this place is a little hole in the wall, with wall to wall samples like a thousand different choices ELSA so sweet so patience -  LISTEN -  NO JOKE -  this place is the Hidden JEM.   everyday I am so pleased and barefoot I love my carpet, I slept on the floor and it was like a yoga pad!!!

I bought my kitchen tile here a couple of years ago, and I just picked it up myself and had my contractor install it, so I can't speak to the installation work, but the owner was great about helping me find what I wanted and ordering it, the price was great, and they helped me load it into the car when I came to get it.  Will go back to them when I do the bathroom floor.
