The lady who answered the phone was rude to me. All I wanted was a quote on a repair of the siding on my house and then schedule the repair later when they could do it. She told me my job was to small for them. No, really,  she actually said those words! When I asked if they would at least come out and look at what I needed, she lectured me and then hung up on me.

Rude person. In my opinion,  I would avoid this company! If a small thing causes this kind of reaction.... beware. 

Now, to find a siding company that treats people with respect.

Campbell's have worked with us in replacing several difficult windows and we highly recommend their company.  The quality of product, workmanship, honesty and customer service is so great that we have called them to help us with new windows and fencing in our new home.

My husband and I recently spent 11K on new windows and doors.  We chose Campbell's Quality Exteriors to do all the work because we felt they had the best products, and we liked the idea of working with a local company. Now that everything has been installed, here are a few things you should expect from Campbell's if you choose to work with them.

First, we worked with Rex.  Expect to hear whatever Rex thinks you want to hear as far as timing goes.  Rex told us it would take 3 - 4 days to complete all the work.  It took 4 weeks.   We would've been completely fine had Rex told us it may take a few weeks, but the fact that he told us a few days knowing it would most likely take longer was very annoying.

Don't expect Rex to be in the office ever, but do expect him to be knocking on your door the second the work is complete asking for payment.  He is very good when it comes to money, but not when it comes to returning phone calls.

Don't expect the people who do the installation to clean up any mess they make inside your house, but do expect them to smell like cigarette smoke and to smoke outside your house.

Don't expect them to remove any stickers or clean the windows after they are installed.  That's your responsibility.

Don't expect to get a clear answer when you ask the workers what time they will be at your house to install.  "In the morning" was all I could get get out them.  

Do expect FABULOUS, well installed windows.  Despite a few set backs, I am still happy we chose to work with Campbell's.  Our windows and doors are perfect and exactly what we wanted.  It was the installation process I was disappointed with.
