I worked for Roof Rescue for approximately 7 months, Mark the owner is huge on quality of work and accepts nothing but the best for the customers we helped no exception . With roof rescue we were always required to do the best we could. We had every tool at our disposal. And the crew leaders he has have numerous years of experience that taught me a lot about the right way not just the easy way to do things, which when it comes to roofs is very important.  every roof we did had to be done  the correct way, no corners were ever cut.ALWAYS HAD TO BE DONE RIGHT. If we ever had questions Mark was happy to answer them and he treats his employess amazing. he was and is one of the best bosses I've ever had. ID STRONGLY RECOMMEND WORKING FOR ROOF RESCUE AND HAVING THEM DO YOUR ROOF.

Within a few weeks after the installation of my new roof, we had a rain storm.  I was sitting in my family room, which is on the bottom floor of my split level, when water started dripping from a light fixture in the ceiling.  I had to use two buckets to catch the water, which was dripping steadily.  I called the owner, immediately, and he told me there wasn't anything he could do until the next day.  He assured me that his roofing crews were very good, but they can make mistakes.  The "mistake" they made was not using the correct flashing around the chimney.  That's not a mistake, that's unacceptable workmanship.  I never heard from Mark, the owner, again.  I called the Supervisor to voice my concern about the possibility of more water inside my walls. He assured me that this would be discussed at their next Monday meeting and that I would most assuredly hear back from him.  That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from anybody.

I contacted Roof Rescue 1-2 times a week for *months* to try to get them to schedule a repair.  I have finally given up and will try someone else.  I would not have given them so many chances if they had not been recommended by a friend.

They did a fantastic job on our roof!  Fast and reliable!!  highly recommend.
