Campbell Whitten saved us $25,000 and did an excellent job representing my son. My son was arrested on multiple felony charges and was being held in custody on a $250,000 bail bond. my son had never been in trouble before and the logical first step seemed to be getting him out of custody ASAP. We met with a bail bondsman who said they would require a $25,000 non-refundable fee to bail my son out, which would have been a significant financial burden on our family. Knowing that we also needed a good lawyer, I called Campbell Whitten, and asked whether it was a good idea to pay the $25,000 to bail my son out. They told us we could come in right then for a free consultation with Mr. Whitten, and he could answer our questions about bail. The bail people were very pushy and did not want to let us have any time to think about it or talk to a lawyer, and I was feeling very stressed. We almost gave in, but I'm very glad we didn't. We went to the Campbell Whitten office and met with Mr. Whitten. I was expecting more high pressure sales tactics, but it was quite the opposite. Mr. Whitten took the time to listen to our situation and answer all of our questions. He told us he could get a better deal on bail, and that he could also probably get bail reduced. Instead of pressuring us to decide right away, he agreed to go and talk to my son before we decided what to do. We all (my son included) felt much more at ease after speaking with Mr. Whitten, and we decided to see what he could do before posting bail. Much to our surprise Mr. Whitten was able to get my son released later that same day, and we didn't have to pay any money at all! Not only did this firm save us a lot of money and treat us great throughout the whole ordeal, but i was very impressed with how they represented my son and the outcome they were able to achieve.

1st off' I have never faced or dealt with any legal issue' so I was very nervous.

Teresa was very informative' explained to me how the process works from start to finish' 
she made feel comfortable. She kept me informed throughout the process' she was with me every step of the way' kept me informed of any update positive or negative, she was always available when I needed her.  Throughout the process she demonstrated to me that she was looking for my best interest.

Overall my experience was very positive excellent, she is very knowledgeable, friendly,courteous and most off she delivers positive results! 

I would highly recommend her to my friends and family'

I would go to someone else if you want a lawyer that is going to get to know you and keep you informed of the the right dates. My lawyer never seemed to know what my job was and told me the wrong dates to take action. When I have called to talk to him about this he hasn't called me back. However most of my interaction were ok and their staff is pleasant.

I ended up getting a dui the beginning of 2017 and Campbell Whitten was able to get it completely dismissed off my record!!! They kept in contact great answered every question I had even if I repeated myself! They never rushed me and were great with doing what I wanted to do! I recommend everyone to go through them even if it's not a dui case! Extremely satisfied!
