They did help me with my case, but I was disappointed in the way I was treated at this office. From my understanding, everything involving my case would be paid off. I was wrong. I was left with two major unpaid bills and was told I would have to pay it out of my part of the settlement I received. It seems like, all they care about is getting their part of the money/settlement. Tom Sheets is a very nice man, but Athena needs to work on her attitude and understand that she is NOT Young & Nichols, she just works for them. Apparently, she is the one you have to deal with if you have any concerns regarding your case...She makes you feel unimportant and a waste of her time because she is always trying to rush you off the phone or out of the office. I would recommend another office who will be more caring to your needs, unless all you care about is getting a low, but quick settlement.
