We have a new Thor Compass.  We bought our unit out of state because it was the  model we wanted.  Camping World in Davenport has  been just wonderful in helping us get our owed list completed.  Like any new things,  there are a few small things  that need adjusted.   Even though they didn't sell us the unit they have bent over backwards to make our unit perfect.   Kristina and Jeff in service have been been super helpful.  They listen and "get it right" ".  Its obvious they care about doing a good job and making sure the customer is satisfied.

When we are ready to trade again will definitely go back. Website is easy to maneuver around to find what you need and the staff were also helpful. We just traded our 98 for a 06 with 3 slides and a fireplace! Absolutely love it.  Sales team  and financial team  went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for and a loan. Yes we will eventually be back!!

Mike Schwarz was very helpful. We went to look at travel trailers on a 6 degree day with ice on ground and on trailers. We looked at least 5 units and Mike was willing to take us to see more if we wanted, even though I was freezing so I know he was too. Very dedicated for such a young man. John Mays was nice and not pushy either, a pleasure to talk to

Called and spoke with Alex after reading various reviews on Google. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been considering making my purchase with Camping World, but now I am considering driving all the way from Minnesota to Davenport, IA to work with Alex. I am blown away by the customer service he offered to me, and you will be too! I didn't believe him when he said he would answer my questions even on a Sunday, but I sent him a text message and he answered promptly. Looking forward to buying my next unit from him.

Stopped in to my local Camping World, and was greeted by Alex Thielen. He showed me a couple campers that would work for me, and was very knowledgeable about his products. He was not pushy, and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
