I took my 1982 Porsche in to have the timing belt and ac belt replaced. I spoke with Craig who assured me my car would be stored inside the shop and not left outside. NOT only was my car left outside for two weeks, it hadnt even been worked on. I called Craig who told me it would be done by the end of the business day, on Wed. Going on three weeks now. I went to pick up my car started it to make sure it ran, paid him to get the receipt and he didn't even put on the a.c. belt like he was asked. He told me he was no longer interested in doing work for me. I drove my car to Clinton to the car wash to wash it after being left outside for about 3 WEEKS, to find out it was leaking antifreeze and things under the hood was broken. I called many different times with no call back.

Took my Miata there to get body work done. By the time they replaced the door, they put a hole in my soft top. Kept the car for 4 months without touching it, assuring me they'd put on a new one. When I said they will fix my car or I'll sue, they gave me it back without making me pay the full amount for work done. I settled, but will never go back. They also said I couldn't put a V8 in a Miata..... lol spoke too soon

Took my 1986 BMW 325e to Jaguar Alley to have the passenger window problem diagnosed. They told me that they had to replace the window motor. They did so. The window would still not go up and down on a regular basis. I fianlly purchased a used window switch for $24 bucks and installed it myself. The window operates perfectly now. I never did need a new window motor, only the switch! As far as I am concerned, Jaguar Alley ripped me off for $425.00 dollars. They did not fault isolate the problem and just assumed it was the window motor. They are a ripp-off outfit, and  I would avoid Jaguar Alley like the plague!
