Stopped in to look for a used or small new travel trailer. It was busy so I'll give them that. I already had a model I wanted to check out. The salesman didn't seem to know it was on the lot or much about it. He was nice enough, though I suspected he wasn't taking me seriously when he lit up a smoke outside while my son and I were checking out the interior. We decided we liked it and I was quoted an out the door price. On the way out the door the Rep said he'd see what he could do to "beat them up a little on the price." A couple hours later I arrived with my wife to get her sign off to pursue a deal. When I told the salesman where I wanted to be on price, he visited with the finance team. When he returned, I was told that I was originally quoted the price with financing. The cash price was actually significantly higher. Instead of trying to make a deal they essentially chased me off. I would not do business with this establishment in the future.

Brooke Jenkins stuck with us for two years while we searched for the perfect RV.  His unwavering support helped us keep coming back to Camping World.  Brooke always made time for us and always made us feel like we were important customers to him even though it took us a while to choose.  He was no-pressure, just helpful and we'd recommend him to anyone searching for their perfect RV.  We are pleased to be a part of the Camping World family!

My wife and I have been looking , and thinking for awhile on purchasing our new Retirement home. Michael Dunn, part of the camping world family in Harrisburg. Has made this experience, one of the best. He has been very informative on all vehicles we have looked at. He has answered every question in a timely Fashion. I feel this is defiantly one of our best experiences so far.

No help with the service department! I bought a new fifth wheel here in April, absolutely love it! The sales experience was great too! After 2 weeks both fenders cracked off on the highway so, warranty here I come. I brought the camper in for pics and they said 2-3 weeks for the parts....5 weeks to the day later I called in but no answer, I left 3 messages with 2 different people over the course of a week and no call back. I finally got a hold of someone  only to find the parts have been there but no one called me. I got a call from Romeo to schedule a time to get this fixed up and I was thrilled on how fast they could get me in however, it was during the day. I work M-F 8-5 so I asked if I could just drop if off and they can do what they want when they want. He refused to allow me to drop this off and proceeded to tell me there is nothing he can do to help me if I can't bring it it. I'm sorry but I'm not wasting time off for this and it makes me wonder if I'm going to have to blow a vacation day every year for inspection. To me, this defeats the point of a service department. Do your self a favor and take a look at what other dealerships do and learn from it!

Our salesman Wayne, was very knowledgeable and didn't waste any time showing us travel trailers that met our needs, our budget, and our towing capacity. If you're buying from Camping World, talk to Wayne. 

Ultimately, we were able to find a new camper at another dealer where they were willing to take our old camper in trade. They were also more willing to negotiate on price and that's what kept us from buying at Camping World.
