I have lived here off and on for over 5 years Luke and Debbie are very helpful and nice. When you think of trailer park you think of a trashy area. That is not the case in this at all i love our neighborhood/community everyone waives says hi even when they don't know each other. I love being out here.

I moved in to Oak Hills a little over three weeks ago and I just love it. The neighbors are nice. The neighborhood is amazing. Luke and Debnie were so helpful through the whole experience. Answering numerous questions that I had. Im so glad I chose to move to Oak Hills and I highly reccomend it to anyone.

My family just moved in and we love it! Luke and Debbie have been incredibly helpful, considerate and informative. There have been a few hiccups, as expected with a new home, but any issues have been taken care of quickly and they really made it as stress free for us as possible. We really feel we made the best choice for our family to move here, we couldn't be more pleased with the hard work and excellent customer service, we've been treated with nothing but respect and we look forward to being here for a long time.

The experience I have had at Oak Hills is nothing more than astounding! Luke and Debbie's actions speak louder than the "reviews", stories, and claims I have come across. I read the reviews and am amazed that people actually believe them. First, it's against the law to be evicted for no reason. There MUST be documented proof the justify an eviction. No one can be evicted simply because someone might not like you. Second, No one can be evicted overnight. It's by law that each person be given minimum 30 days notice. Also, I have run into people claiming to own multiple homes in the community. No one is permitted to own multiple homes. My personal experience has been mind blowing! Not only did Luke and Debbie take their time to get to know me (Over 5 hours), but they went beyond professionalism to assist me. Honestly, Luke and Debbie left me humbled in how they treated me. I'm use to people making promises and then UNDER delivering on what was promised. However, that is not my experience at Oak Hills. When I signed the papers and paid my deposits, etc... Luke said "We will help you with whatever you need to get your home where it needs to be." Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. But, Luke would stop by as a neighbor to talk. As I talked with him, Luke was very proactive and the next thing I knew Luke did exactly what he promised. I can honestly say that its my hope I can be an asset to Luke and Debbie just as they have been to me! Anyone that comes to me to complain about these amazing people should just save their breath and energy! If you want to live in a SAFE, QUIET, and FRIENDLY Community - Oak Hills is the place for you!!
