I rented a book and was charged for damage that was already on the book when I bought it. Not renting here again and I suggest you don’t either. This isn’t an isolated incident as I was trying to check in a girl next to me had the same problem.

DO NOT buy from here!!!!! I had to order a textbook and it's taken 3 weeks, received an email today saying it will be ANOTHER 3 weeks. I have an exam in my class and I'm pretty much screwed because the bookstore can't get anything right. If I could give lower than one star, I would.

I stopped in today to try and purchase a textbook for a class beginning this month. The price of the textbook listed online and on the shelf was $90, so I brought it to the register to buy. Upon checking out, they informed me that the book now cost $136, they had forgotten to update the shelf prices. Between July 31 and August 8 the price jumped $46, and they would not honor the price listed both on their website and on the shelf. The staff were unprofessional and expressed a "not my problem" attitude. Skip this dump and shop online.

I am distance learning and they gave me no time to return my rentals. They charged me 200$ for two books that I returned, just because they were late. My class ended on the 7th and they expected to have them back by the 11th! Completely unfair.

Organized store with a simple layout, making it easier to find what exactly you are looking for. Course textbooks and materials are plentiful and staff are really helpful and kind. The only problem is always how expensive the store is in general
