Located in Pike Place Market in downtown Seattle, Can Can’s underground setting is evocative of Paris at the turn of the 20th century. Once immersed in this Vaudevillian Chapel, you will see why Can Can is one of Seattle’s most celebrated nightspots. At the heart of the institution is Can Can’s creative team which transforms the venue with new shows that feature inventive ever-changing scenic design, choreography, music, costuming and more several times a year. Revolving in tandem with production changes is Can Can’s seasonal, market fresh menu. Themed accordingly and prepared by Can Can's acclaimed kitchen, patrons can delight in these dishes Wednesday through Sunday, 5pm to close. For those that can’t commit to the full show experience there’s never a cover in the Absinthe & Craft Cocktail Bar, where you can enjoy one of our many famous house-crafted cocktails!
