Should give a zero. Never get mail and when I call and ask where it is they pretty much tell yah to bad for you.. very bad service .. and very slack mail men - women

A priority post item sent fromOttawa on March 9th with a delivery commitment of March 10th at 12noon still not here at 710 PM. Your service not worth a damn.For around $40 over a short distance the service should be reliable. Did I mention that the delivery time was just moved to Monday March 13

The lady that helped me the past 2 times was cranky both times. The first time she talked quietly, then grumped at me when I didn't tell her what she was "asking" for. The second time she was not much better.

They should make up their mind. When someone pays for a package to be delivered it should take the same amount of time every time. I got a package last month and it was mailed from Ontario and I got it on Thursday.That was right for what I payed, but I am to get a package this week and it was mailed on Friday up there and I won't get it until Friday here, that is not right for what I payed. Get it right and stop making me wait longer then I should, get off you ass and get the work done or get someone in there that can do the work so the mail goes out like it should.
