I've always experienced excellent customer service when I've had to visit the post office. There are times when the lines are long and you wish they would move faster but the clerks are always courteous and professional. Inside is very clean and organized. Postage vending machine in outer lobby is great when you don't need to see a clerk for your needs. Outside drop off mailboxes are very convenient.

You have to catch the office at the right hours to get quick service. There is one person who moves quickly. The rest moved like they're dragging weights on their feet and hands.

Sunbeam Rd Distribution ctr in Mandarin, Florida and the St. Johns postal location did not answer calls all DAY - NO PHONE MESSAGE AND NO CHANGE OF HOURS, ON WEB SITE. MORE REASON FOR USING A MORE RESPONSIVE PRIVATE CARRIER WHO UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONTROLS THE PHONE SYSTEMS..

Really should give 0 stars. This place is awful and can't seem to get anything right. Every time I have something that doesn't fit in my mailbox, they won't deliver. I guess they don't want to get out of they truck and walk that extra few steps to bring to my door. They mark undeliverable and we have to start trying to chase it down before they return to sender. Oh boy, trying to get any answers is impossible!

Literally the worst customer service ever. The first post office I've ever been told where I cannot use their tape to tape a package. Sophia also has some of the worst customer service skills. Go elsewhere if possible!
