Slow service. And crappy delivery drivers. 

I have stated multiple times that I do not want them to attempt door deliveries. I don't know why they do. If a package is too big to fit into the mail box then send it to the post office and I'll pick it up. Every time they've tried to send it to my door this happens: 
1: They don't deliver it and claim I wasn't home when I WAS. They don't even knock on my door.
 2: They actually DO deliver it but they leave it out in the rain or something. There is a covered area right by my door. How lazy can you be? 

Recently I followed the tracking of a package online that they 'attempted' to deliver to my door for THREE DAYS. It was continually marked as "on route" to my door and then continually marked as "Unable to deliver" for reasons like "Recipient not at residence". I WAS HOME all of those times it was "on route". I receive email notifications. I WAITED for it. Not ONCE did a delivery truck enter my driveway! I live out in the boonies a little bit so my guess is the driver didn't wan to drive 10 minutes out of his way to deliver it. I phoned the post office and the lady I talked to ADMITTED to me they do this ON PURPOSE.

Delivery driver was dangerous!  No signal light on left turns almost caused an accident and drove away without checking to see if motorcyclist was okay.  

And cannot reach anyone on the phone to put in a complaint.
