My daughter got her oil changed here a couple weeks ago. Shortly after, her engine started smoking. Went to mechanic who showed her THE INCORRECTLY SIZED filter they tried to install. Oil had been flooding out all over her engine, and could have burned up! She went back into them to show them the incorrect filter, trying to get her expense refunded, they were very rude to her and tried to blame the mechanic! We will never be back again, and I used to go there every other month!

The rudest staff I have ever seen in my life! I will never go back and highly recommend staying as far away as possible!

I went in for an oil change and after I found the price I stated that I was going somewhere else the older man wearing a baseball cap decided to become rude with me and acted like a 3 yrs old because he didn't like the fact that I was going somewhere else. When that happened I told him that if he had something to say then say it to my face. He didn't like that either. So the pissing match commenced. I will never again take any of my vehicles there nor will I ever recommend them. 
This is the kind of employee that you have representing your company? 
Totally disgusting and unacceptable. 
I treat others like they treat me plus some. The guy in question is named Steve Canby car Wash's manager. Way to represent Steve!
