Really was worth the money and it was very very comfortable and clean you will be 😄happy that you paid a few extra dollars for the upscale hotel

Two days without hot water. No communication from management and staff seems to be terribly underinformed about progress on the fix. It's understood that things happen however there must be a contingency plan for a cold weather event such as this and communication with the guests.

Don't expect to get the room you book. We were put in a smoking room after we booked a non-smoking. We were told they "aired the room out". When we brought this to the clerk's attention we were told they didn't have the room we booked and someone had called and booked it before we got there. Then we were put in a downgraded room and still charged the suit rate. The customer service is TERRIBLE

The rooms are good but the staff on front not all but some are lazy and useless, over charge you and don't know how to fix the problem. Other then that not bad rooms
