The parking was terrible. People were allowed to block the drop off by the front door and used that as their own special parking. The outdide trash cans were overflowing every morning and every night. The room itself had weird black stains coming out of all the light fixtures and the alarm. The carpets were stained through out. The mini pillows made it difficult to find a comfortable spot. The mattress was really comfortable. The water pressure that the shower head has is fantastic. The AC worked great. The complementary breakfast was really good those ladies did a great job, food had good flavor and the ladies kept the area clean. My main concern was that the card I used to hold 3 rooms was not the card we wanted to actually pay with. We each checked in with the payment card and the receptionist didn't do her job correctly. The new card should have been updated with the correct information thankfully the check out receptionist was doing her job and verified the card information and that's when we realized the mistake.

Right off of the interstate and close to a jack in the box and a gas station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean and modern. The only downside was waiting on the front desk employee to come out from the back to check us in. We arrived at 2 am and I am lretty sure she was in the back sleeping. I called out "excuse me" a few times before the security guard came in to try and get her attention. Long story short he ended up hopping over the counter to go to the back and call her. It took about 10 minutes to get her to come to the front.

Way to see from the high way. They have A VERY Tiny parking lot but we'll let you park a larger vehicle outside of the breezeway if you need to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was larger than I expected. Mini fridge was somewhat hidden but easy to find and made the room look neater. Has a jack in the box right next door and pizza does deliver here. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't really comment on that

Found this place and glad I did. Needed to be close to a Surgery facility for my Mom. Stayed in the suite. The room was very nice. Clean and smelled clean too, bed was comfortable(according to Mom), I slept on the pull out bed and was surprised that even that was comfortable and I'm a portly individual. Two tv's. Could see kiddos staying in the living quarters and parentals in the other. Liked the fact that there were two thermostats, one for the sleeping room and the other for the living room. Has a workout room. Breakfast was pretty good. A good variety of things to choose from, fruits, yogurt, there's your usual make your own waffle, cereal, pop-tarts, muffins, bagels. Milk, coffee, juices. I know there's things I'm missing but it was good overall. Night staff was welcoming, accommodating. I'd recommend this hotel to those needing to stay at the intersection of I-10 & Normandy.

Room was clean and spacious. Pet friendly-just needs a garbage can on outside for pet waste. Hallway carpets need cleaning especially where wall/floor meet. Smoking area 4 feet from front door so smoke was trapped in the "weather lock" between the two sliding glass doors-- I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke so that was awful. Not sure what the legal smoking distance to front doors is but this was not good. Breakfast was exceptionally good.
