Clean and friendly. Prices are very expensive compared to civilian retailers. I don't understand why the canex exists. If the items were subsidized or tax free for military then it would be useful for them. As it stands the only benefit is the financing plan. You can take upto 3 years to pay for items purchased there. Or you can go somewhere else and afford to buy it right away.
