My grand-mother has attended this clinic for the past year and a half, basically when they opened. Everyone has been beyond nice, after a while it starts to feel like home since all the employee's and doctors know you on a personal level. The front desk employee are beyond professional when it comes to my grand-mother medications and assigning her a appointment for the next visit. The managers as well, they tend to call and make sure she is doing well with new medications if she ever needed and to remind her about the next appointment. The doctors are lovely, At times she doesn't see the same exact doctor but each one of them take care of her and take their time with her during her visits. I recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone especially the elders.

Employees do whatever they please, faculty spends more time talking with each other rather than attending patients, and the supervisor dose nothing, nor cares about complaints. Apart from their bad practice and horrible medical ethics at this clinic, your general head doctor is not you doctor at all. For instance lets say you pick Cano as your physician, but when you go to your appointment your seen my another doctor- every single time. How is seeing a diffrent doctor every time beneficial for a patient? Sounds to me as medical fraud, because if you pick a doctor that should be your doctor.  Furthermore, those who make the appointment, make them incorrectly. You can call a day in advance to check if your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow and I guarantee you you will get a call saying: " We gave you an appointment for a time that is non-existent." That is ridiculous!!!! I personally DO NOT RECOMEND THIS CLINIC!!! Especially to elders who I see as mostly abused and verbally attacked by employees! If you walk in to fix your health,  you will walkout with stress, and anger!

My mom left from this clinic. Every time she went she saw a different doctor. Bad customer service. Bad doctors. Bad management. A/C turned off. Only one dentist working. No coffee. This place dosent help patients. It's helps there pockets.

This place sucks the is my second time here it takes 2 hrs to just get results all the people here all they do is talk and tell joke , not professional at all they hire people right off the boat with no experience or proper education  this is the worst medical center I have ever been to
