You can get all lab work done on the spot which is great. And the best part, the Drs. and staff are also great. They are kind and will do everything in their power to take care of your needs and help you get better.

I don't personally know if what that other person said is true or not, if it is that's horrible, all I know is that Monica is there and she is great! She's been my physical therapist for eight months and I couldn't be happier. She's very helpful, supportive, and most importantly very knowledgeable. The science behind physical therapy grows ever more complicated and she is on top of all the newest techniques and plans. Also, she practices what she preaches. She's an effective role model for patients, exhibiting a natural inclination for living a healthy lifestyle. The office is very comfortable and from what I've seen patients are treated kind and with respect. Only thing that got me was the $130 for first time pt fee. Pretty steep. But what can one do. Also I wish I could spend more time. Sometimes it feels rushed. But the treatment is always great!

This has to be the worst, most conniving Doctor's office I have ever been to. Before I made my appointment I had them verify that my insurance was going to cover my visit. They verified so I made my appointment. I show up and its a mess there, nobody at the front desk for I spoke with the doctor who seemed like he was trying to pitch me something on an infomercial. So they order an x-ray and then decide then and there that I need physical therapy, pretty convenient considering they do that in house. Therapy was a joke, the girl couldn't figure out how to use the machine. They left me lying face down for 15 minutes after the machine stopped. The girl apologized saying she was swamped. So I pay my copay and leave. The next day they call me demanding I pay for all the services. Absolutely not! I call my insurance company and they say they are going to pay. I relay that to them and they say it doesn't matter that I have to pay or they are going to ruin my credit. So basically they threaten me to make me pay. That's not going to happen. I told them to shove the invoice where the sun don't shine. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY. IF THEY CAN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! STAY AWAY!

Dr. Ross is the most caring and amazing Dr I have ever encountered. He cares about us, the patient, as a whole. He cares about you as a person, and treats you like you are a part of his family. Ross medical is a family. The staff is wonderful, I have been going to him for years. He will be my Doctor for life. I also would like to say the other Doctor there, Dr. Castro, is equally as caring and wonderful. I have been treated by both and I am so grateful for their care and compassion. I refer all my friends and family to them. When they go, they stay! Ross is amazing and I don't think it gets any better than that. I love you Dr. ROSS and Dr. CASTRO!! The doctor and the staff were great. Dr. Ross was super attentive, and thorough. There was a little bit of a wait, but nothing worse than I have come to expect with medical visits.
