The parking and the staff are nice, helpful and courteous. But when I tried several times to either download or have the 40% off discount coupon emailed to me (the only option you have when you click on the icon for it) I never received it. I tried different email accounts and it was never sent. I also registered with Canopy and reserved my time. Still nothing. If they no longer offer the 40% off coupon then they should not make it seem like it's available. And if it is available then they need to be sure it works and the user has the ability to either download it or have it emailed to them.

Convenient to the airport and nearby hotels and restaurants.  Very frequent runs to and from the airport result in short waits when departing or arriving.  We are now 5280 members and have used all of their facilities from valet service to outside parking and have been very happy with all but prefer the inside parking now.  Drivers are very helpful and courteous.  We have used other facilities in the area but Canopy stands above them all!

We used this parking company for a recent trip 4/7-4/15.  It was easy and convenient to book ahead of time online.  The day we left we dropped off our car an headed to the airport via the shuttle.  When we returned once we picked up the shuttle, we were dropped off right at our car.  Then all we had to do was checkout - since it we pre-booked online they just printed out a receipt and we left.  The shuttle service was timely, the drivers were courteous and the price was good (we had an additional discount offered through an employer).  Overall it was a good experience and very convenient as we booked ahead of time online.

This place is so poorly run you would be better off parking your car in a pasture and leave the keys in it while you are gone. Three times we have parked here in their valet parking and requested that our vehicle be fully detailed while we are gone. Waxed, carpets shampooed, leather cleaned, etc. the first time it wasn’t done at all. The second time they were still doing it when we arrived and we had to wait another hour. Not ideal when you come back from a day of traveling. This time, and the final time, they washed it but didn’t even vacuum the inside!  When I brought it to their attention I was told they’ve had bad weather!  The car was parked inside in valet, the weather had nothing to do with it!  Their buses rattle like old jalopies, their people are clueless, and we still had to complain in order not to be charged for the full detail they didn’t do!!!  There are other options for parking. Don’t be sucked in by the big facility and fancy logo!

We have been using this company for years. The fact is it’s quick to park and the buses come quickly too. This time around when we parked (Thursday around noon) the woman in the Booth wasn’t paying attention, noticed at the last second and then yelled at us where to park as we drove away. Then on the way out (Sunday at 5) the line was nine cars strong and it took 30 minutes for us to get through (in the mean time the other lanes were not working for even the buses to get out) we got up there and she “declined” three credit cards before we had to try a debit. I hate to suggest this but I wonder if she was doing more than running cards. Be careful all.
