Used many times. Good experience until recently. An employee grabbed phone from hand without warning to try to scan prepaid barcode bc it wasnt working for us. He dropped the phone and cracked the screen!!! Once we called about it management said they had no proof of screen being cracked, even though employee admitted to dropping phone. We didn't have time to report it the same night bc we wanted to make our show, the whole reason we were in the city. Management didn't even apologize and treated us like it was our fault. The employees should be trained not to grab other people's belongings, especially expensive ones like phones. It was a joke to try to explain our situation. Never let the employees close to your window.

Really well located-- right across the street from the Buell and Boettcher. I booked in advance and went in the 13th street entrance and there was no one there. Went super smoothly. Will do the same when I come back for Aladdin. Also, customer service is responsive. I don't mind the 15 dollar price tag for not having to walk far!

Great location. Period. One of the ticket machines was out of order. Biggest gripe, tricky to figure out the entrance. I drove in among the trucks. Argh! Mark the entrance better, please!
