With out a doubt, the worst customer service i have ever had the dis-pleasure to deal with.  The lady who answers the phones when I called from a referral , clearly told me she was 
'too busy with paper work and to cut to the chase."  I made it clear again I was referred to her by a very reputable colleague, she hung up on me. If she treats someone that has been sent their way, I'm scared to think of how they treat others. good luck and to the lady that answers the phone, your hurting your bosses business. i don't even want to rate a star at all.

I called them after a neighbor used them.  Neighbor didn't recommend, but I needed another estimate.  They sent couple low-level guys who don't speak english.  They told me estimate would come in couple days.  I call 2 weeks later and ask, they tell me it'll come tomorrow.  Then 2 days later they call me and say they're too busy, not going to give me an estimate.  Never calling them again, and can see why they weren't recommended.
