Awful! Take your business elsewhere... Had contract with Marcel Roofing to fix my roof. The contract included a 3-year guarantee on the job. Soon after the job was completed, I found out the roof leaks during heavy downpours. When I called Marcel Roofing to report that the roof leaks, no one answers . I left numerous messages, even faxed them a copy of my contract, no one returns my phone calls and as of today, my numerous messages are left answered.
