They installed a shower in my new build home 4 years ago and it's been a nightmare ever since. They have had over 8 attempts to stop the leak and have had no success. They have asked us to fix their mistakes. They cut corners. They attempt to fix it as cheaply as possible instead of doing it right. They have tiled over existing tile. Left us with grouted holes in the tile. Destroyed our ceiling and wall durning a tear out. They have their employees perform work that they are not qualified to do. We are now left with a mess we have to fix as I will not allow them back in our house and who knows of the shower still leaks or not.

Great carpet, sales staff and install. I would highly recommend Cap Carpets to all my friends and family.

We have had two floors installed by Capp and they do a great job, with great materials and workmanship. Good old fashioned customer service too!
