Service, design, attention to detail... And knowledge... All here. We were told the space we had could not fit a fireplace. Andy worked with us and found us a model that fit, was attractive, and passed Minneapolis fire codes. The cabinet company and electricians were professional and talented. Thank you, Fireside.

Customer service is quite awful, likely commission based.  You feel like the employees don't like working there

Good quality, at very expensive price, both original and maintenance. $350 to replace a $15 3volt outlet (marked up to $49) No gas line was touched. (It cost $400 to have the gas run for our new kitchen which took 3 hours of real labor.) I realize it's maintenance and takes an hour, but most of the description of work done, involved a vacuum cleaner! For our new home I will check out Woodland Stoves. 

PS the service guy was competent and nice; he took off the $50 facebook promo the office wouldn't when I called back, since the job was very straight forward.

Big promises - no follow through. Service and contract division , slow . After initial contract was signed received the worst service. I do not recommend this company!!!
