I have no choice but to be a little bit biased in this review. I have been going to Captain Taco since the mid-1980s, or even earlier. Emmys mid-1970s in the Cleveland area tacos were a brand new thing. All sorts of taco places opened up then and only a few survived. This being one of them. To be in business that long, you obviously have to be doing something right. Unlike other places, they use white American cheese on their tacos. It is awesome. Nacho chips are made in the house, with taco seasoning on top. When you get these, make sure you order them with beef and extra cheese. Thank me later. I am married now, but when I was single and would meet a new girl this would be the first place I would take her to. If she liked it she had a second chance, if not, I knew it was not going to work.

For this establishment to be a highlight the tacos were very mediocre i got the six pack veggie and they were beef ...i also felt as if i was a hassle to staff by even being there very cold to me i was forced to order quickly even though i was the only one there and then treated like i was dumb after asking a question.. maybe just a bad start to lunch idk?

Not impressed with the Mexican pizza.  I think good customer service is giving the customer sauce if they ask for it not telling them their sauce on the food. All I could tast was the cheap Imitation cheese sauce.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. IF THIS IS THE BEST TACOS IN OHIO THEN OHIO NEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY STOP MAKING TACOS AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY!  Service is bad and the old woman the counter is rude and dirty looking. If I knew she was handling my food I would not have ordered. Food came out very quick but it was cold. My 8 year old niece could do better! As soon as we got it we let the lady know the food was cold and she said it was because the topping are cold. The chicken and beef were cold, the tortillas were cold the service was cold. When we realized she was not customer friendly and was not willing to fix the issue we left. As we were leaving she tells us " here's your bill"..Lmao no no no. We didn't take not one bite of that cold slopped together food so we weren't going to pay. She threaten to call the cops we said okay and walked out. If you want a warm welcome/customer service and hot food this is NOT the place to go. This place is really a JOKE all the 5 stars and reviews saying "best tacos" must be all friends and family because TACOS ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE COLD AND PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER SHOULD LOOK CLEAN AND BE PROFESSIONAL.
