Great customer service from Emma!  We had shopped at several bike shops in North Van, New West, and the Tricities and she was the best. She listened to what we were looking for and spent time with us offering suggestions and pointing out pros and cons of each bike while keeping a budget in mind. Then she called other shops to see that they had the bike we wanted in stock and sent us to another store.  I look forward to shopping there again!  Thanks, Emma!

Super friendly service shop!
Very quiet and low traffic. Great alternative to the busier Coquitlam branch.
The mechanic that helped me was very knowledgeable and sorted me out, taking the time to explain everything.
Would go again. Thanks Seb! Best mechanic ever ;)

Awesome service, reasonable price good quality bikes. I've bought 2 bikes for my kids here and the price was very reasonable. The bikes I've bought are Norco brand which I love. Dropped in just to get some quick repairs done. It was done hastily with a little conversation on parts and how to repair some stuff myself. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Thanks Caps.

Took my bike in on the August 20th to get a tune up and two new parts were necessary. One part came within three days and the other part still hasn't arrived and today is the 12th of September I had to go in and pick up my bike since the receipt I have said part weren't ordered!!!  They seemed to tell me on the phone that parts were ordered so I asked what date they were ordered and didn't get an answer. So all I can think is they took my deposit and waited so long to order the part that it's beyond me going out of my way to take my bike back there if/when the part came in . I was gonna return it for the parts to be put on but am still waiting to here back.

Avoid this place. 

Took my wife's bike in to change a flat and to tune it up. After finishing the job late, the flat was fixed but it looked like that's all they did. There wasn't even air in the front tire. I have absolutely zero faith that they even looked at the bike. The front line staff was not helpful in the slightest. If you want quality work or helpful staff, go literally anywhere else.
