Do not buy anything from this retailer. I do not even want to give them stars. They have been so unprofessional with their orders. I order something on Feb 3rd, and was never told it was going to be later then what it was. I can NEVER reach them on the phone. I asked for a new size bracelet to be sent and still was not done. I can not stress enough to not go to this business. They even say on their voicemail that they don't check their voicemail. How unprofessional is that? As a business owner, from Massachusetts, I am so disappointed in how they treat their customers.

I went in for a CC bracelet and left fully satisfied. The women were all eager to help and get me what I needed. They have a little doggie, Marge, she’s the cutest doggo I’ve ever seen.
