Terrible customer service. I personally went to this location to look at their merchandise and saw an employee acting incredibly rude to another customer. I left shortly after without making a purchase because frankly it made me ill to see how this man was treated.

I got there name & number from the US Mint directly. Call the mint and ask for dealers in bullion in mass you’ll see. When I called them they had 1 coin I’ve been searching for without success. She had me speak with David to verify the details since they only had 1 she wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. David was very well informed no sales bs. And as far as payments they accept cash & personal check. No credit or debit cards. Which I can understand after they gave me the cost of my coin at a tight margin over spot pricing! I used to deal with Westside coin in Walpole. But he had since retired. As far as my transaction and satisfaction I wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend & you will be seeing more of me I’m the future! Dealing with the public isn’t easy on a good day. I’m in retail too. You guys really rock! Thank you again! P

They are very reasonable and that's where my husband got my engagement ring I've had more compliments than rings of triple the price at the mall...ill be seeing him again very soon..
