This place has HORRIBLE & VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! my boss from NEIGHBORHOOD UNISEX ordered chairs from these people and they did not deliver on the day as promised, we lost business, they said they could not deliver until a whole week later still NEVER DID. He went to the store the Rosa and the owner wouldn't even compensate him for there mess up which was only a measely $140 after spending over $3000, we have been clients with them for over 8 years and have done a great deal of business with them even distributed products for them. That is not how you handle business if you want to have continued customers you have to take care of your customers and make sure you accommodate them when YOU ARE WRONG it's too many business that give you business and word of mouth of BAD BUSINESS goes a long way CAPELLI you need to know the real meaning of WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE this is not cool stay far away from this company people I'm sure your business would be appreciated else where thank you.

Great place for salons, barbershop and beauty professionals to get their supplies at a great price.  Staff is super helpful and friendly and they are always fully stocked.
