The young woman who did my mani/pedi had no idea what she was doing. I had to teach her how to put on the slipper, and she did a terrible job filing my nails. I was so close to asking her if I could have the file and do it myself. Her coworker had to come over and help her out. When I told the coworker the nail polish remover was making my skin turn a different color, she said it was my cuticle’s fault. WHAT LOL. They also split up my mom and I, she had her mani done before her pedi, BECAUSE THEY WANTED HER NAILS TO BE DRY SO SHE CAN PAY AND LEAVE. We just wanted a relaxing spay day, we definitely should’ve stayed home and did our nails ourselves. Terrible experience!

Standards have gone down.  Its now just a nail shop. Staff speak their language around customers, which is very rude. 
When I started going there it was called Rio's
Standards were high. The staff only English around customers. They offered you beverages and the whole atmosphere was inviting...

This nail salon was my "salon" but no more! I had a male nail tech who was sarcastic on his comments, and he said "I'm funny guy, this is my style" NO WAY.
I decided do not come back 😑😔

Brought my daughter for eyebrow an lip waxing and the lady was so apprehensive that she missed half the hair. Once I walked in the sunlight I saw what she missed and had to go back in so she could redo it. Of course going over the area again really left her skin red and a little burned. I won't be going back.
